Easy Print Ordering

The Max Q Printing Easy Order Process

1. Select your product.

Browse through the site for the print product you wish to purchase. Each product has different pricing and features available including stock, coating, folds etc.

2. Download a template.

Please use our print templates to ensure that your file is ready to go, this will help the minimum turnaround on your job. Your file must include a bleed, except where noted the bleed is 0.125 all round (0.08 on each side) this is not the same as all printers. If in doubt download a template and size your file to fit.
See our faq page for file specifications, if a template is not available just call 321 259 4429 or email us and we'll provide you with full details.

3. Upload your file(s).

You can upload your file(s) at the time of ordering or you may place your order, checkout and then send us the file(s). Any files placed sent after the order has been placed must be accompanied by your order number. Files must meet our bleed, trim and resolution requirements or your file may be rejected.
Files may be uploaded at https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/MaxQ (please remember to enter your order number to avoid delays or errors).

When you upload your file there is a progress indicator, a small thumbnail is also created, you will see these throughout the order process and in your account admin.

4. Checkout

Pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal, enter your billing and shipping address (please note we do not ship to p.o boxes and only ship to the 48 lower states.

5. Turn-around

Turn-around times are approximate, they do not include the day you order and are business days. Seethis page for details.

6. Delivery

Once an order has been placed you will receive an automatic email with your receipt, we will then process your order and send you a tracking number once it has shipped. Each product is shipped as a separate item, if you order multiple products they may arrive at different times. Please note turnaround times are averaged and only include business days, holidays and peak shipping periods can slow down orders. If you job is time crucial please let us know when ordering, we don't guarantee turnarounds but will do our best to process your order in an expedited fashion. Shipping options in the checkout are for delivery time after the product has been shipped.

Shipping to multiple addresses is available (currently up to 25) please contact us if you would to ship to more than this.

In order to ensure a smooth printing process all files must be the correct size and resolution and orientation. Please use our templates to set up your printing and review the faq page.

Files that are not print ready will be rejected, we will not resize or edit and print file that is not print ready or standard hourly design charges will apply. This will also affect turn-around times.
